Diamond of Light

It was in the month of July God chose to be his homecoming day,a journey from earth to heaven for one so loved he called away.
He was a son, a brother, a husband and a father, but much more than that,He was a broken worthless vessel to hear him put it,
molded back together with the masters clay.
Even tho his journey here in this life was but a short span,he made every minute count as he Put something back for all the joys, and laughter he had.Surly his life was like a Lighthouse to others on a raging sea, and when he grew weary he remembered what God's word said just stand, that's how it had to be.
Tho from this life he is absent in our hearts he will always be, forever loved and cherished as we continue our journey,Now I know heaven is sweeter, for one of Gods chosen who was Just a Little Homesick To Go, has taken a flight to sing around the throng, eat of the tree of life, and watch the crystal river flow,But if we could see him now,he might be singing One More Hallelujah Song
or speaking to the angels in a language to us unknown.
I know from his life's example, he made an impression on those he came in contact with, and if you don't know his savior,
his message to you would be What on Earth Are You Waiting For
Joy Comes In The Morning, You'll Never Be Over The Hill.
So just Look To Him the master of us all,and let's journey through this life, leaving smiles as we go,With God as the Only 1 Real Hero, The Original Superman, He'll be to you the same as he was, to this man. He's not Just Another Face In The Clouds, with the Two Winning Hands, he made us a Child of the King He will lead you to the place where he makes the flowers grow, He'll be your Oasis in the desert, where the living waters flow,You know God took a diamond in the rough, that he had been working on for awhile, added a little pressure, carved the rough edges away, And polished it up until it shined bright,Then just as he perfected that diamond, as we all know,it was time for him To sing the song Call Me Gone,
for to be absent here is to be present with God.If Kenny could visit with us now he would Sing One More Song About Heaven, He also would make this plea, to help us realize that, really.........LORD, YOU'RE ALL I NEED
